The slicer I based off a japanese chef knife called the Sujihiki. Long bladed and narrow, these are perfect for long draw cuts through meat and fish. Serial numbers S.0001-S.0030 are all forged from W2 steel, ALL BLADES WILL PATINA WITH USE, so be sure to handwash and dry them immediately after use!
