9” Hand-Forged W-2 K-Tip Chef Knife
A performance-driven K-tip chef knife built from W-2 high carbon steel, forged and finished by hand. This piece combines thin, efficient cutting geometry with a reinforced angular tip designed for precision work.
The blade has been fully heat treated and hardened for edge retention and responsiveness, while maintaining the toughness needed for daily kitchen use. Flats are forged to finish, preserving the character of the steel and reducing unnecessary material removal.
The extended 9” profile offers added reach and power, while the K-tip provides enhanced control for fine detail work and tip-driven cuts.
The handle is constructed from black Micarta and compression koa, stabilized by KMG. This combination offers durability, grip security, and a natural visual contrast between modern and organic materials.
