The s grind vegetable knife!
I based this knife off of the japanese Nakiri, or vegetable knife. It has a large, rectangular shape with a flat edge profile, which is ideal for push/ pull cutting through large to medium sized vegetables. The unique feature I include on this knife, is something called the S grind. The S grind is a hollow grind beginning 1/4 inch behind the edge, and it drastically improves food release! All serial numbers N.001-N.030 are made from W2 steel with forged to finish flats. THE BLADES WILL PATINA AS YOU USE THEM! Please take care to hand wash and dry them after use to prevent rust.
